Sustainability Report
In 2024, REGAS published its first Sustainability Report in accordance with the CSRD Directive and ESRS standards, integrating sustainability into its business and governance model.
The document is based on a double materiality analysis developed using over 1,500 ESRS data points, with the involvement of internal departments, customers and suppliers, to identify the ESG issues that are truly relevant to the business.
The analysis identifies climate change, the workforce and corporate conduct as priorities, which guide the definition of future actions and objectives.

Certificazioni
UNI EN ISO 9001
Quality Management System
REGAS obtained ISO 9001 certification for its sites in 2000. In 2018, we obtained the certification based on the 2015 standard; this offers greater integration with product quality management by focusing on the analysis of the internal and external environment and its evolution, the involvement of top management and stakeholders, risk analysis and management, and the continuous assessment and measurement of processes to enable the continuous improvement of the system.
UNI EN ISO 14001
Environmental Management Systems
REGAS pays close attention to the environmental impacts of its operations and to environmental protection. This approach led REGAS to obtain ISO 14001 certification for its sites in 2010. In 2018, it transitioned to the new standard which, since 2015, has placed emphasis on aspects such as context analysis, stakeholder engagement, risk assessment and the involvement of top management in process monitoring and continuous improvement, including in the environmental sphere.
UNI EN ISO 45001
Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
In 2013, REGAS integrated its existing Quality and Environmental management systems with its Occupational Health and Safety management system by obtaining certification to the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standard for its sites. In 2020, certification was obtained in accordance with the new UNI ISO 45001:2018 standard, which has aligned the management of the Health and Safety system with that of the Quality and Environmental systems.
UNI PdR 125:2022
Management Systems for Gender Equality
Regas has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for its gender equality management system, the national reference standard that defines objective indicators (KPIs) and organisational requirements to promote inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities within the company. This achievement brings us closer to our goal of integrating ESG principles into our business model through an internal culture that values talent, reduces gender gaps and fosters sustainable long-term career development.
Score ESG Synesgy
REGAS achieved an ESG rating of “B – Good” as part of the assessment carried out via the Synesgy platform, developed by CRIF Ratings.
The assessment attests to a high level of sustainability, in compliance with the main international standards and best practices in the field of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).
The Synesgy methodology is based on internationally recognised standards, including GRI and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and takes into account the specific characteristics of the industrial sector and the relevant geographical context.
Since 2025, Regas has also been a Synesgy lead company, ensuring oversight of its supply chain through appropriate reporting.
