INFORMATION TO WEBSITE’S USERS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This section describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

 The information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data transmitted while using Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.

Sending emails optionally, explicitly and voluntary to the e-mail address on this site, also by filling in the online request for contact form and / or sending an application in the « WORK OPPORTUNITY » section, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message / form.

2. Purpose of the treatment

The navigation data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data relating to e-mail communications and data voluntarily provided by users by filling in the contact / application forms are used to check the users’ communications and / or to manage the specific requests.

3. Legal bases of processing

The navigation data, technical cookies and analytics and technical information strictly necessary to provide the service will be processed as necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to website publication and management.

Data relating to e-mail communications will be processed based on the consent expressed by users.

Data relating to the communications by contact form or e-mail will be processed in accordance with the legitimate interest of the Data Controller on the basis of the consent expressed by users or to adopt pre-contractual measures expressly requested by the data subject (such as sending offers or commercial information).

5. Obligation or right to give data and disclosure of personal data

Apart from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data relating to communications via e-mail. Any refusal by the interested party to provide personal data may make it impossible (partial or total) to fulfill legal obligations, or to enter into or execute the contract correctly, or to obtain confirmation of the request.

6. Data Storage

Users’ personal data will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were purchased.

The data retention period depends on the purposes for which they are processed and, therefore, may vary.

The storage of personal data will take place, in any case, for the time necessary to: (i) carry out hosting and site maintenance activities; (ii) check the requests received from users; (iii) seek professional positions in line with the profiles of the candidates as shown in the curricula and in the information sent via the form in the « WORK OPPORTUNITIES » section; (iv) asserting rights in court, as well as (v) for the time required by applicable laws.

7. Data Communication

The data collected for the aforementioned purposes may be disclosed:

– to companies of the group, as well as to any third parties with whom the writer stipulates commercial agreements for marketing purposes;

– to third party service providers, or to suppliers that participate in the operational management of the program and can learn about them;

– to the staff and / or collaborators of the writer and / or to third parties who have service relations with the writer who can therefore learn about them as appointees / authorized.

The Data Controller may then process the data directly, through its own authorized employees, or by making use of external collaborators, who in this case assume the status of Data Processors.

8. Data Disclosure

Personal data are not subject to disclosure.

9. Rights of the interested party

The privacy legislation (articles 12-22 of EU Regulation 679/2016) guarantees the right to be informed about the processing of data concerning you, and the right to access the data at any time and request the update, integration and correction. If the conditions provided for by the law are met, the data subject may also claim the right to cancel data, limit their processing, data portability, opposition to processing, and not be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the person concerned, he / she has the right to revoke the consent given.
