The “Renewable energies, energy storage and hydrogen economy” course in which Regas participated, has just ended in Udine.
The course, organized by CISM (International Center for Mechanical Science) in collaboration with the University of Udine, coordinated by prof. Marta Boaro (University of Udine), prof. Massimo Santarelli (Polytechnic of Turin), prof. Robert Steinberger-Wilckens (University of Birmingham), presented a series of lectures and conferences on technologies for the production, storage and use of hydrogen, up to the latest innovations in the technological field.
Moreover, much attention was paid to the Hydrogen Economy, analyzing the sectors where it is most important and convenient to develop an extended use of Hydrogen and the roadmap to achieve total decarbonisation of the energy and industrial system was presented.
Participants also had the opportunity to get involved by proposing case studies of the use of hydrogen within energy systems and exposing the results to the audience.
A very welcome moment of training and networking with some of the greatest experts in the sector.
