2024 Sustainability Report

In 2024, Regas published its first Sustainability Report in accordance with the CSRD Directive and ESRS standards, integrating sustainability into its industrial and governance model.

The document is based on a double materiality analysis developed on over 1,500 ESRS data points, involving internal functions, customers and suppliers, to identify the ESG issues that are truly relevant to the business.

The analysis identifies climate change, workforce and corporate conduct as priorities, which guide the definition of future actions and objectives.

    Certifications

    UNI EN ISO 9001
    Quality Management System

    Regas has been certified to ISO 9001 for its company sites since 19 December 2000. In 2018, certification was updated in compliance with the 2015 standard, introducing the involvement of top management and stakeholders, risk analysis and management, and the continuous evaluation and measurement of processes to enable continuous improvement of the system.

    UNI EN ISO 14001
    Environmental Management Systems

    Regas pays particular attention to environmental impact and protection. This vision led the company to obtain 14001 certification for its sites on 25/01/2010. In 2018, Regas made the transition to the new 2015 scheme, which also introduced a focus on context analysis, stakeholders, risk assessment and the involvement of top management in process monitoring and continuous improvement in the environmental field.

    UNI EN ISO 45001
    Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems

    On 24 March 2013, Regas integrated its Quality and Environment management systems with its Occupational Health and Safety management system by obtaining BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certification for its company sites. On 19/03/2020, certification was obtained in accordance with the new UNI ISO 45001:2018 standard, which aligned the management of the Health and Safety system with that of the Quality and Environment systems.

    UNI PdR 125:2022
    Management Systems for Gender Equality

    Regas has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for its gender equality management system, the national reference standard that defines objective indicators (KPIs) and organisational requirements for promoting inclusion, fairness and equal opportunities within the company. This achievement brings us closer to our goal of integrating ESG principles into our industrial model through an internal culture that values talent, reduces gender gaps and promotes sustainable long-term professional growth paths.

    CRIF Synesgy Score

    In 2025, Regas obtained an ESG score of ‘A – Excellent’ in the assessment conducted using the Synesgy platform developed by CRIF Ratings.

    The Synesgy methodology is based on internationally recognised standards, including GRI and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and takes into account the specific characteristics of the industrial sector and the geographical context of reference.

    From 2026, Regas has also become a Synesgy supply chain leader, ensuring compliance with its own supply chain through adequate reporting.
